Whether you are investing in a small professional office, apartment complex, or multi-tenant retail space, our  commercial Property Condition Assessment (PCA) and Property Condition Report (PCR) will inform the prospective buyer of the current condition of the property: from the roof, walls, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) system, and parking area.

 

Each assessment by a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector will use the Inspection Guidelines of the ASTM E2018-15 (or other applicable standard) to perform the Property Condition Assessment and then provide a professional opinion on performance and estimated cost of repair or replacement in an easy-to-understand Property Condition Report.  The goal is to enable the prospective buyer to understand the current condition of the prospective property, and what capital expenditures should be considered when evaluating the return on investment for the prospective property.
